Not Credited for Spending over $40 on BC games for Retro Rewards

I made the following backwards compatible purchases, but have not been credited with purchasing $40+ for the reward:

May 15:

Ghostbusters 3.74

Dark Void 3.74

Orange Box 4.99

May 17:

Assassins Creed Rogue 9.89

Dead Space 3 6.59

Toy Story 3 4.99

Shadows of the Damned 4.99

Dead Rising 2 Case West 2.49

Eat Lead 3.74

Total (pre-tax) : 45.16

Missing Credits

I spent over $38.00 on Freedom Rewards this month (May) but the credits were not added to the Free Pass credits program. I was only credited with spending $5.00 in the FREEqeuent Player credit program

TTK was not included in the 360/One upgrade bundle, and was in the BWU. So, can spend $40 for TTK, or wait until it's BC on One.

In order to use your Microsoft account balance for 360 content, you have to use a 360 console.

you dont need to be on a 360 console. If anyone else has same trouble, buy the content within the game itself if playing it backwards compatible on xb1instead of the storefront.

Hello PEEVS83,

The 8,700 Credits are your lifetime Credit amount. It is also the amount you received as your deposit. Since these Credits were deposited, they were converted from Rewards Credits into currency and placed into your Microsoft Account to spend. From our FAQ:

What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the funds you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, they will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account. Then, you can head
over to the Xbox Store to purchase your favorite games, TV shows, movies, and much more!
