Not credited for purchases towards Yolo Rewards

I'm trying to earn the Reward Credits for the Yolo Reward

Xbox Live Rewards

According to the FAQ Xbox Live Rewards Forza Motorsport 7 should credit towards the $40 spent on qualifying digital games. I purchased a digital copy of Forza Motorsport
7 Standard Edition from Xbox Live on November 7th. I can provide an order number if required. I believe I purchased it from the xbox website, not from the console.

So far the purchase isn't showing up in the Yolo tracker, nor are the achievements I've been earning.

Can you either explain what I've done wrong so I can do it right the next time, or correct the issue?

YOLO Rewards not credited

As many have reported before, I also am having issues with the YOLO rewards. I received credit for only the level 2 requirement, despite having purchased Forza Horizon 3 and completing six achievements in said game before the end of November. Some help would
be appreciated.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have found the issue with this purchase, and are deploying a fix. You should see this purchase recognized in a few days. Since the purchase was not yet recognized, it was not possible for achievements to begin tracking.

As stated in the FAQ, you cannot get Credits for both an offer and for MyVIP:

What type of Rewards can I earn?

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for your % back on purchases with your
MyVIP Star Rank.

Since your purchase of Forza 7 went towards YOLO, it did not also award payback. You also did not get payback for your Assassin's Creed Origins consumable purchase since consumables are not eligible for MyVIP.

Unfortunately, only Rewards members are eligible for Xbox Live Rewards. If your activity was done the same day you registered, it should go towards the YOLO offer. However, since it takes us 96 hours to process and receive information, we still have not
received your purchase at this time.

You right, I purchased Forza 7 Ultimate Edition ($100) which it was part of the YOLO rewards, so those $100 did not count towards the 8% back, am I correct? so I only received 8% from $700 which is 56,000.
