Since your purchase last month was beneath the $5 amount by a few cents, it did not complete the offer automatically. This was an error that we have corrected, and you should see completion of that event shortly. Regarding your purchase a few days ago, from

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Since it has not yet been 96 hours, it is too early to see Credits for that purchase.

Since you chose to opt in to the Simply Rewarding offer last month, your purchases went towards that offer and not MyVIP. Since you did not complete that offer, you did not receive offer completion Credits. Regarding MyVIP payback for purchases this month,
from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Since this is the current monthly offer, only titles purchased for this offer this month are eligible. We see that your Credits from the last monthly offer (Pandemic Rewards) were deposited on the 25th. They were placed as pending by the 9th last month.

In order to start seeing progress for the achievement task, you must first complete the purchase task. Since we only track achievements made in games purchased to complete that task, we cannot start tracking achievements until your purchases are completed.
Keep in mind that it can take us up to 96 hours to receive and process purchases, so if you have only recently made your remaining purchase, you may not see the Credits immediately appear. As long you complete your tasks within the offer period, they will
still unlock and Reward, even if our 96 hour processing time goes into the next month.
