Not Credited for 1+ year of Xbox Live

I have been a member of Xbox Live Rewards since its inception, and have activity that dates back to 2013. I have paid 9.99 a month for the past year and a half, and have not recieved any reward credit. I also just redeemed a 3 month code last week.

well not really if you read the faq

you do not get 4 codes or 4 1 year memberships

if you use 1 or 2 or3 or 4 accounts you only get 1 1year membership per purchase



4gamertags will have 1 year of membership not including credited time if there was preexisting gold membership when the family plan was created as long as they are in the family plan

I use this account to ask you why my credit card are being credited for a subscription for a 1 year xbox live that i dont know the email or the password and that i cant get help

 

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.
