Not content with the level of support being offered.

I now have two Xbox One controllers that are drifting the left analog stick. One of which is a Titanfall edition that started doing it months after getting it however, I did not report it due to having my original one from when I first got my Xbox. Now my
only working controller is drifting just as the other one is. It is my understanding that they will not be replaced due to being out of warranty and my only option is to drop $60 on a brand new controller and let's be real, it will definitely happen again
to the new one I buy. This issue has presented itself after normal wear/use. I can understand if the controllers are mistreated and wont work at all but these are the left analog stick on both of these controllers, not the whole device itself. Is there
really nothing that can be done because they are passed the warranty date? I don't think "sorry, you need to buy a new controller." is an acceptable answer.

Gears 3 season pass yet still got charged in marketplace!

The issue is being tracked. I am not aware of what the current resolution being provided is, but several of my friends have been able to contact support and verify they were charged for both a season pass and the Horde content and they were credited back
the 800 points spent on the Horde add-on, but I myself cannot verify this is the solution being offered.

 

The Xbox One controllers were made inferior to the Xbox 360 controllers, the housing on the analog mechanism replaced metal features with cheap (VERY CHEAP!) plastic parts that break, this is detailed on numerous YouTube videos, even worse is I tried reporting
it on here so they can do something, and they delete any post I make that illustrates the broken mechanism

if you want to see for yourself, look for a YouTube video called [Mod Removed] it explains that most likely the origin of the problem is Foxconn who makes the controllers, they're also responsible for failing PS4 controllers because they
use the same analog mechanisms as the failing Xbox One controllers, they contrast those to the sturdy nature of the Xbox 360 controllers, which are solid metal and made to last.

Anyhow, you think buying a new controller is worse, imagine how angry all those people are who are about to spend $150 on those Elite controllers only to have those break within a matter of months.

I really think MS is avoiding a recall. They should reflect on how they're getting sued for faulty drives last gen and realize it's legally and fiscally prudent to recall all controllers, sue Foxconn, have them eat the cost of replacing the inventory in
circulation... or, they could update the Xbox One OS to allow for use of wireless and wired Xbox 360 controllers, that would be problem solved from my end.

first place, fix the production, offer free replacements for flawed ones, or at very least start adding more durable designs to the market (that aren't the $150 elite controller)
