Discus and support not connecting to my wifi in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have tried to connect to the internet multiple times and when we punch in our password for the network and we are in the tutorial so we cant go into...     I have tried to connect to the internet multiple times and when we punch in our password for the network and we are in the tutorial so we cant go into the settings all we can do is narrator zoom in and out and try to fix the internet but it doesent work
    every time

    Not connecting to my WiFi

    Also Red.....reboot your router......Sometimes the router will not allow another client to connect. Easiest way to reboot is unplug the router wait 10 seconds or so and plug it in. Then reboot all your wireless clients (devices)

    Not connecting to my WiFi

    Greetings redinater1!

    Could you browse to Xbox network settings and Advanced settings. Choose
    Alternate MAC address and select Clear. Restart your console and reconfigure Xbox wireless settings.

    Post backa and let us know how that goes and we'll go from there.

    I'm not certain but for example on any other device that you attempt to connect to wifi it will show:

    • my wifi
    • my wifi 5GHz

    As in all other devices show both connections separately.

    Interesting! Does it only not sign you in when you're connected to your phone data instead of wifi? For example, when you're connected to wifi it signs in, but when you have wifi off or not connected, it won't sign you in
    On my phone it doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or not. Tapping on sign on crashes the app. My tablet only has wifi. And no issues with the app there.
