Not connecting to Internet

Hi, Apperantly I just started using my Xbox and when I try logging in it says that im not connected to the Internet, so I connect to my wifi and it says "Internet Error". I don't know what I'm supposed to do because the Internet is working on my other
devices, and I also tried the recommendations for when these kinds of things happen, any suggestions please?

How are you connecting? Wired or Wireless?

Are you getting any specific error message?

Were you downloading the new Dashboard Update?

Is it a specific game, or LIVE itself?

And atm, LIVE is online and working

tried to update xbox but failed n said no connection to internet. could it b adapter? or xbox system itself? ive tried disconnecting router n restarting but failed, please help!

 

i have the same problem with a brand new xbox and i have tried all things suggested and on support pages and i know there is nothing wrong with my internet as i have another xbox that is working fine beginning to think the xbox itself is the problem what

I've tried an Ethernet cable, that didn't work. I looked at the suggestions to see if I did something wrong and tried each one twice but still nothing. IM starting to think it's the Xbox thats having the problems because there's nothing wrong with my internet.

 

I started having this same issue last night. I can connect to home network just fine but now the Internet connection has just stopped working. Can't do anything online with my system but any other device in my house is working just fine with the network
and Internet.

 

That's the exact thing that's happening to me.

 

I too have exactly the same problem and have worked through all the troubleshooters. Settings say problem lies between my router and my internet. Funny thing is I am sitting in front of my xbox 360 typing this message wirelessly on the same internet using
the same router and connection. Have no idea what is wrong. Becoming fed up now with Microsoft...just paid for a gold account for my son and he has had hardly any opportunity to use "live" in the last few days due to connection issues.

 

I've got the same problem and I've had it for a few days now. I was just told it's a Microsoft issue which should be resolved soon.

Same problem here, been connected up until about 8PM this evening and now no connection. Xbox connects to router fine but just isn't able to connect to internet beyond that?

 

I have the exact same problem, it's stuck between network and internet, it's been like that since 28.12. Tried every posible troubleshooting tip I could find and still no luck. When I try to sigh in it gives me error 80151909. I hope this is fixed soon,
not fun playing offline all the time
