. . My bingo app is not connecting even there is high speed internet connection. Please fix the issue.

Windows 8 ICS Trouble

Hmmm there should be nothing else blocking you connecting now then, are you 100% you have shared the correct connection, with 3g dongles sometimes multiple network connections show up that you can share.

• A wireless access point, gateway or router that is compatible with Xbox LIVE.
• High Speed Internet connection, preferably DSL or cable.

Note: It is not advisable to use Satellite, 3G or 4G mobile connections due to the possibility of slow performance or lag.

Hello Lsg, I see from your description that you've already tried several procedures that I would recommend.

However, if possible try sharing your mobile phone's 3g network and see if you can connect your Xbox One to your phone's 3g network.

This is another way to test the console's Wi-Fi connectivity.

So you say you CAN download stuff on Xbox when connected to 3G, but on 4G you can NOT download stuff from the store?

Does your public IP address change when you switch from 3G to 4G (i.e. is Superdrug using a different reseller provider to offer their 3G/4G services)?

Check websites like https://www.whatismyip.com/ if your public IP is different from 3G compared to 4G.

If Superdrug uses different providers to connect to different cellular networks, those might be the ones that block/throttle, not Superdrug.
