Not connected to Xbox live

So I just recovered my old Xbox 360 account on my Xbox one. So I downloaded Borderlands 2 before I recovered my old account that owned it. Well now that I have my old account I went and downloaded all my dlc I bought back when I was on 360. Well when I log
into borderlands on my old account it says I'm not signed in to Xbox live but I have gold on my new account and it is able to connect. And on my new account I can't play the dlc even though I have the account that owns them on my Xbox one and my old account
is set to home Xbox so shouldn't all of its games and dlc be available on my new account?

I'm getting the same thing here, can't connect to xbox live.

Having the same problem as many are right now. I'm connected to the Internet, but not to xbox live. Tried cycling, signing off and on. But nothing worked. What else.

 

Hey there ShadowBlade559,

To use the DLC on Backward Compatibility, you'll need to be using the account that owns the DLC digitally. As for the sign in issue, try these steps and see if it helps.

• Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

(Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.)

• Select Settings.
• Select All settings.
• Select System and then select Storage.
• Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.
• Select Yes and restart the console. (This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.)
