NOT CONECTING AGAIN

come on Microsoft sort it out, I keep getting disconnected while playing and it shows 100% packetloss while my download and up load r good..I spent half an hour on the phone to vigin media opening correct ports and using a wireless connection.... On the
verge of taking this box back and going back to my 360 ......HELLLLLP

what did they do?? as im need help and not getting help from either, im returning my xbox one in the morning as its rediculous i cant play for more than 6 minutes at a time!

I went from wireless to wired, Virgin media set up my router remotely and opened the correct ports, and the xbox help line were good too

There's a bunch of solutions worth trying here for such an issue:
support.xbox.com/.../system-update-help

One extra solution I would attempt would be to delete the system updates and redownload, by using these steps:

- Go to Settings --> System --> Storage

- Highlight your storage device but do not select it

- Press the following buttons in order: Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X Button, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X Button

- You should be prompted to clear any updates. Select yes, and restart when prompted.

- Once restarted, redownload the updates.

If you're part of the beta, that is why you keep getting downloads. It's actually Microsoft updating things as the beta progresses. If you're not part of the beta, you will want to try to clear your system cache. Follow the link for further instructions
