    Does the console boot up ok with the hard drive removed ?

    Just to clarify, by replacing I meant refitting not going out and buying a new hard drive.

    Hey there -

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried restarting your PC to see if that helps? If not, you may want to try

    reinstalling     Mahjong and see what happens then.

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    Report & block using the tools on your console.That is the only way to report someone.

    Unless it was a DDoS that knocked your internet out I would consider that just a glitch in the game. Powercycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps.
