    Not being shown as having gold


    I signed into xbox.com/rewards this morning to be greeted with a message informing me myvip rebate could be increased from 3% -6% if I go gold. There is also an option for me to go gold. The thing is, I have gold already, and have had an active subscription
    for years. My pending rewards are also showing as 0, when yesterday I had 500. This comes after nearly a month of waiting for my pending rewards from the previous months purchases. Could someone from support please get in touch as I am worried about the possible
    reasons I am having these issues.

    Hello Crookztar80,

    We see that you are being recognized as a Gold member, and there is no popup to go Gold on your MyRewards page. If you are not logged in to the Rewards site, you may have seen the default page which shows a blank account that has that popup.

    Regarding your Credits, at 5000 or more pending Credits you are automatically scheduled for a deposit. Since you were above this amount, you were scheduled for a deposit and received it in the last deposit cycle on the 24th. Your pending section is the "MyStatement".
    This section of the MyRewards page has a dropdown menu that can sort/filter past Credit events (by default it set to pending events only). You can use this dropdown menu to see a complete history of your Credit and Deposit events, such as this last deposit.

    Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and because yesterday was a holiday they were not here. They will respond to you here.

    *UPDATE* After investigating further, it appears only the "my rewards" site is showing me as. not having gold. Also, I would like to add that I received my rebate for purchases made last month, they appeared in my Microsoft "wallet" a couple of days ago,
    but I still had 500 credits in the pending section, which have disappeared overnight.

    *update* The page which shows my current rewards status and rewards rebate earned is also showing as me not being a gold member. This is extremely frustrating, as I am wanting to buy a game, but am holding off until I know I will receive the correct rebate.
    I have checked both my bank and Xbox live transaction histories, and my auto renewal occurred and was paid when it was due as normal.

    My account is STILL being shown as not having gold, and I have STILL not received any response from support and it is almost 3 days since my first post. I have made purchases during this period and I am worried I won't receive the correct rebate. I have
    tried phoning Xbox support, who told me they couldn't help as it is a problem with rewards. But I have received no response after posting AND messaging on here several times.
