Not being sent a code.

Please create a new thread detailing your situation along with any error codes/messages you see and troubleshooting steps you've taken so that we can provide you individual support.

A few things to include for clarity,

• What code are you not getting? The two-factor authentication code?
• Are you getting the code sent to your phone or e-mail?

Let us know in your new thread please.

Unfortunately, these emails seem to give a lot of us problems. It's like you have to try at random times in order for the email to go through.

If you needed to update some items right away, you could still do so with the help of a Billing Agent by calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX

A few months ago I once tried to update my info, went to the billing site, was told to check my email for a code but I never got one.

One week later I get the email but it looks like the code is no longer valid.

It's odd because 2 days ago I went to the billing site again and I got the email right away.

I'm trying to redeem my xbox reward point but have to verify my account when i try it says they will send me an e-mail but i never receive it
