Not Being Rewarded

Hi, are you supposed to receive rewards credits when you make purchases through the Xbox live store? As I have not received a single reward point since you changed the Microsoft points to reward credits and I have spent hundreds of dollars on games since
then. Can someone please tell me what the deal is because I think this is a bit ****.

I need help with my rewards account. I've made purchases but nothing has been adding to the rewards account. The only thing I've gotten this month is 150 star points for my birthday. just recently I've seen a few from a survey but nothing for the games and
ad-ons ive purchased. Can you look into the missing pending points from my account?

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

We cannot adjust date of birth. You would have to do so from your end. If you believe that this is an error with your account, you would have to reach out to Xbox support (http://support.xbox.com/contact-us)

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you were a zero star member up until December, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Also, keep in mind that MyVIP Gems and MyVIP Credits are two separate currencies. The 150 Gems for your birthday are not the same as 150 Rewards Credits.

program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

I see that you were promoted to your first star last month, and were awarded payback for your eligible purchases. Keep in mind that as mentioned, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP.
