    For a few weeks now I haven't been getting notifications about my subscription ending in 7 days... I just get told my Xbox live has run out when I'm trying to play modern warfare or something.

    My family isn't all that well off and we have to scrounge for money at times so having this being sprung on us randomly is stressing my mum and shit out because she feels the need to find the money asap for me (aside from my phone, my Xbox is the only form of entertainment and joy I have).

    It happened literally just now, I try loading MW up and I can't connect to Xbox live because I don't have it, just now also happens to be a time we are skint AF which is a huge oof

    Is this a bug or what?

    If you subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate, your remaining Xbox Live converts into Game Pass Ultimate days. If the Game Pass Ultimate has run out you can either carry on with Game Pass Ultimate, or buy Xbox Live on its own. If you cancel Game Pass Ultimate
    you lose any pre paid Xbox Live time.

    what year does it say that your game pass ultimate ends, as that will be when you run out of gold and game pass since game pass ultimate combines the 2.

    The last time I checked the terms stated that in your case you would have game pass ultimate for 17 months, so until November 23rd (if my math is correct), remembering that game pass ultimate includes both Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass.

    It cancels it, because ultimate gives you gold as well as game pass for Xbox and PC, and yes you will be notified when the subscription expires.

    I bought six months of gold about 3 months ago and it went away when I activated a game pass code.

    If it were Game Pass Ultimate it would come with EA play and Gold anyway but the problem is that I both don't have EA Play or Gold anymore. So I only have Game Pass without EA Play or Xbox Live Gold so it was more of a downgrade than anything. All in all it did not upgrade into Game Pass Ultimate. Because I had 3 - 4 months of Ultimate I can tell the difference and I am missing out on the deals with Gold and the games of the month. Under my subscriptions tab it says that I have Game Pass not Game Pass Ultimate and that my Gold subscription has ran out when I know that my Gold Subscription has not run out. Thank you for the reply.
