    I am having problems with the completion of a portion of the game not giving me credit for the completion. I have played the same portion several times before the site will admit it's completed. It's annoying as I would like to move on to the next part
    (and I want credit for the completed part). Would appreciate help.

    Hello FlamingTree2003,

    As Smwutches says, in order to be eligible for the achievement portion of the offer, you must have completed the purchase portion of the offer first. Since we only track and Reward achievements from games that have completed the purchase portion of the offer,
    you did not receive Credits for your achievements, since you did not complete the purchase portion of the offer.

  3. Completed puzzles not being recognized or given credit for

    Heya!

    Let's see if we can get that working with a reset of the game:

    1. Open the settings app.
    2. Navigate to System/apps.
    3. In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features
    4. Search for the app in question.
    5. After selecting the app, select advanced options.
    6. Tap reset.
    7. You may now re-open the app once more
    If nothing changes let's also have you try uninstalling the game restarting your PC and then reinstalling.

    Do you see the same issue with multiple accounts?

    Post back and let us know how that goes!

    Hello Hybrid x RaiDz,

    That offer is only for purchases in March. Furthermore, you must opt in to the offer for us to start tracking purchases towards that offer. Since your purchase of Ghost Recon was in February, it was not eligible for this offer (it did award a Games on Demand
    punch). Since you opted in on the 8th, your purchase on the 1st of For Honor did not go toward this offer, but did go towards the Warrior Rewards offer that is currently active.

    Keep in mind it takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect on the website and you also needed to "activate" that offer prior to making the eligible purchase.

    The reward team will review your account and reply to you here, they work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

    Since you only completed the avatar portion of the offer, that is the only Credits you received. Since you did not complete the purchase portion of the offer, you could not complete the achievement portion of the offer. For reference, you purchased Bram
    Stoker's Dracula, Scout's Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse, and State of Decay. Cabin in the Woods was not an eligible purchase for this offer, as was indicated on the FAQ.
