Not being able to unlock achievements

For the past two weeks I cannot unlock achievements at all. I have tried a few different games and I have 100% done what was required. I have done very thing on the forums such as re starting the console, waiting 72 hours, deleting my account and re downloading
it but still no luck. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Not being able to unlock achievements

I don't know if anybody else has had this problem but my Xbox one isn't recording the fact I have unlocked an achievement. ive restarted my console, removed and added my profile and uninstalled then reinstalled the game but none of it works. On UFC 2 theres
an achievement for completing the intro but I can't even unlock that even though I have completed it 3 times now.

any help would be appreciated

I have been told that replying to my own thread will get it looked into and investigated. I hope this is the case. I have done all the trouble shooting steps that have been suggested but nothing has worked.

Try the steps described in this link for a possible solution:

forums.xbox.com/.../1958241.aspx

When you reach section 3 make sure to fill the survey. After that keep playing as normally until the achievements start rolling out.

Achievements are connected to your XBL account not your console, any Xbox console achievement you unlock on one console will be unlocked on another too. But like you mentioned about being able to unlock other achievements on Windows / Xbox Beta PC, some
games can get achievements on differing platforms. An easy way to find out which games can do this is to sign up to

Microsoft is not able to 'unlocked' the achievements for you. Now that achievements unlocking is working for you, try earning the achievement in question again.

Not a bad idea and I am sure that the achievement hunters will love this Idea. Plus being able to unlock more achievements without paying for and downloading DLC seems very cool to me.
