Not being able to talk in party chat because people reported me

I need to resolve this issue Because all of my friends are getting upset that I can't talk in the party and so whatever is enforced on me please lift it off of me because I got reported for no reason and it has gotten me suspended from talking to people
and I dont even talk in game I always talk to my friends please lift the suspension I would really appreciate it a lot thank you.

Xbox Server Connectivity - Connected but changes to Blocked after a few minutes in party chat.

If it helps I'm able to talk in game chat to people but it's just party chat that's being tricky.

Ban me from sending messages

I got reported for someone being a poor sport from losing to me and reported me, so I reported them, and then that person reported me again and now I am banned from chats until December 2nd, can you please lift this so I can talk to my friends in party chat,

Phoning support is pointless as they are nothing to do with enforcement & the forum you linked has not been in use since August.

Op,you might of got reported for no reason but you weren't suspended for no reason.

I feel the entire problem with party chat is the default settings. When somebody starts a party, it is automatically private. Most people don't even pay attention to that because they are already talking to their friends. Most people are not starting parties
for privacy reasons. Most people start them because its easier to connect with their friends. I bet if the party system was set up with the option for public or private in game chat when you create the party, you would hear many more people talking in games
and games besides Halo, Gears and COD would be able to establish communities instead of being dead in a month or two because you can't meet really meet somebody already in a party.

I don't think it was right that you reported your friends friend. Had this happened in Game chat, then yes you should have reported him, but in Party Chat, you had no business doing that.

The point of party chat is so that you can chat with your "Friends" the way you normally do in real life. You can curse, make fun of people, insult people, pretty much say whatever you want because it's among "Friends". If you have a problem with what's
being said in "Party Chat", then you should just leave. But that's just me...
