    When ever I try to play a Xbox 360 game on my Xbox series s I try to sign into my Xbox 360 account but it just says cannot connect and I can't even get to the screen to enter my email and password does anyone know how to fix this

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    We will be needing to remove and re-add your Xbox 360 profile on your Xbox Series S so you can successfully play the game again.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Load up an Xbox 360 backward compatible game

    2. Press the menu and view button on the controller at the same time to open the Xbox 360 guide

    3. Press "X" to sign out of your account

    You should see an option labeled as "Download Profile" then press "A" to confirm

    4. Enter your Microsoft Account credentials.
