Not being able to sign into each others accounts.

My friend and I game shared recently but now we aren’t able to sign into each others account I try to sign into his his glitches out he tried to sign in to mine, mine glitches out as well. Any solutions?

You shouldn't be signing into each other's accounts at all. That's a violation of rules and puts you both at risk for being banned. You should change your password. No one else should have access to your account.

If each of you is signed into an account on the console (both should sign in using a controller each), meaning you need two accounts, you should be able to make this work by both being in the party chat.

I have not verified this myself, but I have seen it reported that while you will both be able to hear all the others and they all hear you, you will not be able to hear each other through the headsets as you are on the same console and that would cause some
lag (where you hear each other 'in real life' and then a little after through headsets).

Let us know, but if you still want to call Support the number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX (1-800-469-9269).

However, try this first and see how that goes.

So if he was signed into my account on his Xbox, i could still play the game at the same time on my Xbox without being signed out if i am signed into a dummy account? He says he will wait until February to be able to play each other so know i just need to
know if we can play at the same time.
