    Not being able to sign in


    I am trying to sign in to my account on the xbox one and it is coming up saying " we could not sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x87DD0006" I have checked my live account and it is
    saying that my sign in is fine however when i tried it again it came up with the same message. I have two accounts on my Xbox one and the second account is working fine just not my main one.

    This only happens when you sign in a second controller? Have you tried a different controller? Are you using a wireless or wired connection?

    It does it in the dashboard and in black ops haven't really tried any other games. but when I go to sign in with a 2nd controller it says cannot connect to xbox live, signs me out and says to test connection to xbox live. Thanks in advance to however figures

    Not being able to sign in

    There were some problems with some of the live services but it appears that everything is back online. Good Luck!

    I am having issues with this as well, I have removed my account as per your support page and then I formatted my Xbox One completely. Nothing has worked
