Not being able to redownload game

Ok so I was looking through my achievements on my xbox and I saw lego star wars 3 so I went to go download it and it said I have to pay for it even though I've already bought it and played it, my achievements say the last time I played it was October 23rd of 2020 which was only a few months ago and I remember downloading it without the disk. I tried looking at my order history but I've had the game as long as the console and I've had the console for 5 years so naturally the order history doesn't go back that far I was wondering if someone could help

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Then, select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

After you will need to perform a quick power cycle on your console, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

be sure to check you are using the exact same credentials to log in on the Store App, since the download is linked to that specific account.

If you can't find it, then it might be best to contact Xbox Support to see if they can double check what happened and if it's connected to the account you are using.

Contact official support to see why the game isn't on your account anymore.

If the game is no longer available in your region, for whatever reason, then no you would not be able to re-download it. If you still have the old console you could always just transfer the game via a USB Flash Drive. Don't forget
to perform a license transfer when you finish re-downloading all of your stuff to the new console.
