    I was recently communications banned for 14 days which I accepted but upon signing in today and trying to play online for some reason I cannot I was wrongfully communication banned because of xbox's system with the gamer picture and now I'm multiplayer banned
    I don't even have a message saying I was multiplayer/communication banned and now none of my accounts can play online

    My brothers account (Ruthlezz lemonz) xbox live gold membership just expired and so I now Have reverted back to free. But Now It is saying that I am not able to play online. It says something about Me needing to change my settings so That my account will
    allow me to play online. How do I do this. BTW, I play on my other account but it's my brothers so I can't Access it on xboxlive.com which is the reason That I am using this one,lol

    Method 1: Remove and re-add your profile on the Xbox One. To proceed, you may click this

    Method 2: Clear Persistent Storage.

    1. Press the menu key of the controller.
    2. Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray.
    3. In the BLU-RAY section select Persistent Storage.
    4. Select Clear persistent storage.

    Method 3: Power cycle the Xbox One, for the steps refer to this

    I have tried all of these solutions and none of them fix the problem.

    If you reverted to silver then you need to purchase a Gold membership again to play online, that is why it is giving you that message. In order to play online again, your account will need to upgrade to Gold.
