Not being able to play Minecraft Java Edition

It was eligible but because I submitted a case like 2 mins after it happened I didn't have much information or had come to my own conclusion. Here is the story and my conclusion. I recently got permanently suspended from Xbox (7/6/22 - 8:12 CST) because it seems to be that someone spam reported my account. I had 3 reports against me, 2 of which were "Theft/ Phishing/Solicitation," and the last being "Harassment Abuse/Threats." The 2 theft ones got appealed instantly because l never actually participated in that behavior but because was reported for Harassment (most likely in-game bc none of my Xbox chats that I was aware of contained these traits) It took 2 hours to figure out if was banned for good and am. So essentially because some salty kid from MW or Fall Guys reported me multiple times I'm now banned. I'm pretty sure it was a bot too bc a real person hopefully isn't that blind to ban someone with zero evidence and reason to not appeal it or elaborate it too me. So l lost my saves for certain games, my whole account (not deleted but inaccessible), and Online Access for a week (for my alt cuz console ban). So Microsoft needs to fix the Xbox moderation team or have another way to defend these reports instead of a one-time appeal and a vague "NoReply' from a bot stating I'm banned and cant do anything about it. The reason I think it was a spam report is because the 2 "Theft/ Phishing/Solicitation" reports were so random and got appealed super quickly which made so since how to was even issued in the 1st place.

The Xbox edition of Minecraft in the screenshot is still the Bedrock edition, is it not? I should have access to Java through owning the Bedrock edition, and I don't understand why I wouldn't be able to play it if I played Java in the past with my Microsoft account without having to buy Java.
