Not being able to get help from microsoft for something there own company has done

It started about a week ago when I couldn't find a match for overwatch. turned out my reputation had gone to avoid me without any notification or explanation. I went to check on the enforcement site where it said my reputation was : a good player. I contacted
microsoft trough a phone call that said it was better to start a chat. after a long chat that confirmed what i had found that my reputation was normal (good player) it stil said on the xbox one my status was avoid me. After a long chat with the microsoft worker
it turned out that they were not able to solve this problem because even the workers at the help desk couldn't get in touch with the enforcement department. This means that I have to wait a couple of weeks before i can play games like overwatch which is my
main game i think this is just ridiculous!

What is wrong with microsoft and xbox one service?

Every day xbox live has a service alert with something wrong. I pay for the service which i expect to work (not saying people dont work hard for microsoft). Ranging from not being able to play with friends to not being able to use my xbox at all. Something
needs to be done, something needs to be implimented to stop all this stuff from happening on a everyday routine. Can someone shine some light on why microsoft has such a hard time having a multi-million dollar service function properly?

 

Shipment is being held

I ordered something from Microsoft, but the shipment is being held in Warsaw. Commodity description information must be validated by the sender. For one week, Microsoft has not responded. Where can I get help?

 

There's nothing anyone on the forums can do as rep is not a support issue.

It sometimes takes the enforcement site time to sync up properly,your rep on you console is your true rep so it's "avoid me" in your case.

Rep isn't a enforcement issue either it's an issue with your behaviour

Win and communicate correctly you will always have good rep

Winning badly or trash talk won't help you and just in real life rep is an issue with the community and rep is not what you decide what it is its what the community thinks of you

 

YYou are going to have to play with the avoid me crowd or play f2p Games like never winter or any with non matchmaking

 

Its cute how you think Microsoft care about your issue, I have had the same one for weeks now, they are too naive to realise that the report system is broken and abused, specifically by Overwatch players, which as reading, I see you play. Overwatch players
tend to group up, meaning you annihilate someone a group of 4 or 5 could batch report you, "False Reports" are meant to be weeded out by the system but the sad truth is, this happens only with individual ones, if you're getting parties of 4 reporting you even
once every couple of days, likely hood is, you're going to be lumped in avoid me, which is why I've gone back to PC gaming, and at a push, PS4 gaming. Because Xbox is a broken heap of what it was back on 360, and even the past few months the console has been
spiralling downwards, Support is useless, enforcement are even worse. The bans they hand out, and the rep the have now, is just a joke.

I must say, I await the replies of "The report system cannot be compromised" You will be met with a huge collection of people that I've heard this from, along with some screenshots of messages simply saying "Reported" after I've beaten them.



Support I swear just read of a script, because when I handed them this issue, I was told no less than six times to play through it, even after stating three times, that every game I have, I cannot find a game in, after being lumped in avoid me. GTA, CoD,
Overwatch, FIFA all nopes. Honestly the only games you can find are very select few BF games, and World Of Tanks. But hey, they will keep repeating the "Play Through it" Line, I swear they are made up of babbling yes men, that will just read whats in front
of them, even when it contradicts the evidence I put forward.

In real life you cant call the principle asking to fix your rep for bad behaviours

It is what the COMMUNITY decided I'd your rep

Bad behaviour is only fixed by you and only you

Calling other players sore losers proves the system works

Treat players how your want to be treated

Win good not win badly

Don't use they are sore losers as a excuse to brag excessively

 

yes that is partly true but in a game like overwatch if you play a character that the team doesn't agree with they report you and your rep gets to avoid me because people don't like the way you play? so i you would kill me allot i could just say to my friends
report this guy. if this is what you mean than this system is easily abused which i think it is anyway.

You don't understand your fellow players decide your Rep not you

If they decide you are an undesirable player you get bad rep no matter what

You have to learn to play well with others

And win correctly not badly

It's amazes me how people don't use common sense

99.9% of Xbox live doesn't have an issue with rep because they use common sense why cant you

Play well and win correctlycorrectly

no excessive bragginf

No annoying behaviour like team killing

No spam

It's a voting system and peoples opinion on you not choose your own rep

You know reputation doesn't work like that in real life why would you think it works like that otherwise

All systems use rep

Learn to play well not badly it's that simple

You have to remember players have the right to avoid annoying behaviour

You do too but if you are bad rep you have to play with similar people till you learn to play well with others in this case the avoid me crowd

If you don't like being with the avoid me crowd how do you think others feel when they play with you

Rep is to allow the enjoyment of everyone if you annoy people you have to play with similar playera in this case the avoid me crowd

The only person who can change your behaviour is you and only you

 

the easiest way to explain it is

You play in a match

You annoyed the other players by being not a team player or bragging or excessive cursing (second one can be an enforcement action)

Etc etc etc

So it annoys both the other side and your own trsm

So after the match they click report unsportsmanlike or you aint holding up your end or in your example calling them sore losrrs

So it's 15 to one assuming on a 8 on 8 match

Guess who is right your single opinion that you have sportmanship or 15 bad reports ?

See where your logic doesn't work?

 

SSeee where your misconceptions put you on the wrong path you think Support or enforcement has any control ovr R your rep they dont

Typical response for a **** yes man who can't read or do anything other than follow his prompts. The system is broken, I say nothing in gamechat, I message no-one, me beating someone then them sending me messages saying "Reported" is not bad sportsmanship
you moron. Next time learn to read what I type before just going off on one because your integrity was called into question. You just proved my point, that none of you, nor the live support team actually read what we type, and just put in a nice pre-determined
response.

Apparently me not saying anything to anyone, and playing a game the way it is intended, and getting reported for winning, along with my whole team getting reported, is how the system is meant to work. GG, this is why MS is failing. You'll find not once,
did I expect support to fix my rep, you'll find that I said, I'd appreciate it if they were transparent and not just reading off a script. Also, if there was a direct way to contact the enforcement team, or to escalate obvious cases of exploiting the system.
But either way, thanks for proving my point.
