Not being able to connect, AGAIN!

This is getting extremely ridiculous! Twice in one week we are getting kicked offline because you can't keep the hacking nerds off your servers. What do we pay for? lagged games (when we can connect, that is). According to this "lizard squad" it's only suppose
to get worse. Now my question to you is, what are you going to do to keep your customers happy? Specially the ones, like myself, that pay 120.00 per year for Xbox Live ontop of the 60.00 that was just paid for Advanced Warfare, that I can't even play because
I can't connect.

Not being able to connect

This is a common issue. And the best way to resolve this is to Delete your profile off your console then redownload it after..

How to:

Go to Settings>System>Storage>Hard Drive> Gamer Profile

Look for your gamertag then delete it. Also make sure to delete profile only!

After deleting your profile. Press on your guide button(Xbox Logo) Then select Download Profile

You should be able to connect afterwards.

You may also try clearing your system cache

Go to Settings>System>Storage>Highlight Hard Drive then press Y

After select Clear system cache

I am running off a wireless connection. It was a 3 month card no credit card. It worked perfectly fine, then I started having this problem

 

xbox will be back up just wait

 

Wait for it to come back on just to kick me off again?

 

xbox is trying their best to stop all this DDOS attacks just be patient

 

i finally got connected back to live, but now gta5 wont play and its saying that cod: ghost is unreadable and i just cleaned it (properly) too!

 

any of the games that had to be downloaded to your hard drive will not work until the issue is resolved

 

My games aren't downloaded to my hard drive, I purchased the disc.

Chief, you're an IDIOT! I purchased a DISC, I didn't buy it from xbox. Of course of u have to download the first disc to play online but I also have to have the other disc to play it.

 

I stand corrected, I had to download the first disc to play the campaign..

 

I am having the same problem. cleared the cache and power cycled both my modem and router. hopefully that solved the problem. will let you know

 

So one question if a month goes bye and we still can't play online what are you ceo and makers of xbox going to do for the people who have paid all this money just to play a game that we can even play really i kinda want my money back in advance cause
this is craxy its just a ddos attack not hard to stop and come on don't you paid hackers to stop this from accuring on your server ?..@xbox how can protected server and program ever made keep getting hacked daily you must know who is behind it cause it a
way to trace hackers through a back door method so my final though is whether it's someone that got laid off and out of nowhere when xbox is finally coming up big off the two biggest game this year to strike of your 300,000 severs just sucks......ps work
