    I only just recently realized that I can not change my Bio, Profile Picture, or location. I am not sure why and I would like to at least have an answer as to why, or to have this function back.

    Cant change my bio, location, or name. Doesn't even come up on the list of things able to edit. Both on the console and on xbox.com. Kind of funny considering i was able to do so for years until now. What changed?

    There are quite a few people having issues changing their bios on their console so changing it on the website is definitely the best course of action to take right now.

    Can you tell us what error you're seeing when you try to change your bio on xbox.com?

    Are you seeing any other account weirdness other than not being able to change your bio?

    Have you tried to delete your profile, clear your cache, and then download the profile again? That might fix the issue if you are not being able to edit your bio/location/name etc on the console, but you can on Xbox.
