Hello there,

Can you please delete your profile Safely.

You can delete profiles that you no longer use from your console. Here’s how:

1. Go to Settings, and then select System.
2. Select Storage.
3. Select All Devices.
4. Select Gamer Profiles.
5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
6. Select Delete.
7. Select one of the following:

• Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.
  
• Select Delete Profile and Items to delete the profile and the associated saved games and achievements.
  

I recommend that you delete profile ONLY so the profile's saved games don't get deleted.
After deleting your profile please clear the system cache.

Issues with your Xbox 360 console can often be resolved by removing temporary files and data from the system cache. The cache stores such items as game updates, system update installation packages and gamer pictures of your friends.

Clearing the Xbox 360 cache does not remove:

• Your gamertag
• Content that you have downloaded
• Game files
• Console software updates

Clearing the cache temporarily removes:

• Previously downloaded game updates. You will be prompted to download these updates again the next time you try to play the games.
  

To clear the system cache

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
   
2. Select Storage or Memory.

1. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
   
2. Select Clear System Cache.

1. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

Then after clearing the system cache, please restart your console.
Now download your profile with your WLID.

You can download your Xbox LIVE gamertag to any console. Here’s how:

1. 1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the centre of your controller).
      
   2. Select Download Profile.

Note Not seeing Download Profile? Press X to sign out of your profile.

1. 1. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag. If you don’t know your Microsoft account or password, see Find your
      Microsoft account or password.
      Note “Microsoft account” is the new name for what used to be called “Windows Live ID”. It’s the email address and password you use to sign in to Microsoft services (including Xbox LIVE). Find
      out more.
      
   2. Now, enter your Microsoft account password.
      Note If your account is an Xbox LIVE child account, the parent’s Microsoft account information is required to download the profile.
      
   3. Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).

Your profile will begin downloading. Once your profile is downloaded, you can choose whether or not you want to require your Microsoft account password to sign into your profile.

The Remember Password option is off by default, which means you’ll be prompted for your Microsoft account password when you sign into your Xbox LIVE profile.

1. 1. Leave the Remember Password deselected (off), if you want to be prompted for your Microsoft account password when you sign into your profile on this console.
      

Note If you’re downloading your profile to your own console, you can select the Remember Password option so that you aren’t prompted for your Microsoft account password when you sign into your profile.

You can now sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag on this console.

1. Select Gamer Picture on the Edit Gamer Profile menu.
   
2. Select one of the following options:
   • Change Gamer Picture: This option presents preset gamer pictures that are stored on the console.
     
   • Change Personal Picture: This option lets you set a personal picture that only people on your Friends List can see.
     
   • Download Gamer Pictures: This option opens the Xbox LIVE Marketplace, where you can download more pictures.
     
   • Take Personal Picture: If you have an Xbox LIVE Vision Camera connected to your Xbox 360 Console, you can use this option to take a personal picture and use it in your gamer profile.
     Note Personal pictures are available only to people on your Friends List.
     
3. Select the gamer picture that you want, and then press the A button.
   

I hope that solves the issue.

It might be that the gamer picture can take a while to update. When a
gamer picture is used that was not packaged with the Xbox 360 it may take a some time to update. Usually these times vary though. If you change it on your profile, can you log into your account on xbox.com on your computer and see
it there?

yes this my issue if you dont understand i bought gamer pics i tried to put them on but when pressing a to change the pic nothing happens. the pics are there but i cant change them. i called ms but they were no help i tried everthing on the phone with them
