    I haven't received any emails from Xbox Live Rewards in over a year. Can you please check my account? Have a horrible feeling I'm missing out on quite a lot!

    Yesterday, I had gotten a message from " LIVE" receiving the 10 year Xbox live anniversary code. I changed my email associated with my tag to a different one and want to start receiving emails and rewards for my gamertag. I have not had one email from xbox
    with any promotion like I did with my original email(My 10 year code only came through XBL message, not email). I just now signed up for xbox rewards so I need to wait until confirmation. Is there any other site to get emails from xbox or programs?

    I received an email from Xbox Live the other day and it said they are celebrating 10 years of Live! It is really hard to believe that Xbox Live has been around that long, isn't it? How many of those years have you been on?

    We use the billing email that you have set up for your account to send emails to. You can edit your billing email address from your Microsoft profile page at (https://account.microsoft.com/profile). Once
    you have that set up, you should expect any emails we send to begin going to that account within 96 hours. You may also wish to check your email's junk mail folder, as we have had reports of users getting Rewards emails sent there.

    I'm trying not to receive news letter.

    When you uncheck the boxes, you are saying no to any promotional or product news letters from Xbox and third parties. You have to receive certain emails from Xbox. There are also Xbox Live Rewards newsletters and emails that you might receive periodically.
    As far as I know, you can not stop the Xbox Live Rewards emails unless you block them in your email application or service. Hope this helped a bit.

    If you received the email from microsoft rewards you need to go through their customer support here: https://account.microsoft.com/rewards

    If you received it from Xbox Live then you would need to post in the Promotions Forum.

    Xbox Live Rewards deposits points directly in your account and there are no codes/gift cards that they give out.
