  1. Not been able to sign in for 5 days???


    I've been on xbox for over 6 years now and recently i've had nothing but problems, first it was about proofs and now it's saying i don't have a gold membership even though money has been taken from my bank account??? No compensation or no sorry, all i got
    was being messed about deleting my profile and re downloading it, switching my xbox on and off etc etc,and if i do get anything free it will be a 1 month code for xbox live even though thats no good because it comes directly out of my bank. I think it's time
    i changed to the dark side my son has not had a problem in over 5 years.

    NOT ABLE TO SIGN IN

    I received an error code 0x80010108, when I tried to sign in. Also letting me know to try again in a few minutes, but the same message appears after ten minutes.

    when i try to sign in all it gives me "sorry, that didn't work for some reason. (0x80070002)"

    Please contact Xbox Support by phone and speak to someone in the billing department to resolve this issue.

  5. Sorry this is happening to you. It sounds like there are a couple issues as far as updating your security proofs which could be the reason you get kicked offline and are not able to sign in. Contact support like Kiesey78 stated and be sure to ask them if
    they are updated or not. Also, if you redeem the one month code they provide to you, your subscription that you pay with your card gets placed on hold and it immediately switches to the 1month prepaid code. Then once that 1 month is up, it switches back to
    the auto renewal and the previous subscription you had, so you will not be billed for that free 1month as long as you redeem the code. If you have had additional charges come out, be sure to speak with billing to verify there isn't anything extra being billed.

    If you switch to the dark side, be sure to bring your flashlight. Stay golden!

  6. All my proofs have been sorted, i been speaking to support for half an hour trying different methods to sort my account out but with no success, so it's now been passed on to somebody else???
