Not banned anymore but still can't talk

My Xbox live enforcement ended on the 24th, but I still can't talk in party chat or message. I got to my enforcement history and I have no active enforcement, support says i'm banned until september and the support guy tell me that it might be an error.
can you pleeeease help me

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
Case Review. Some enforcement actions including, but not limited to 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. You can find more information
in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
Code of Conduct or
Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

Have you seen any more information in regards to this suspension in your email inbox associated with your Microsoft Account? Please be sure to check your spam folders as sometimes the communication can be sent there inadvertently.
It's possible the suspension on your account is not listed on the enforcement website, but was communicated to you via email instead.

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.



We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The primary place for further
information will be our Xbox Enforcement page while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with our phone or chat support team through our
Contact Us page to inquire if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however
they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

I'm sorry to see any frustrations, however Smwutches is correct: The Enforcement team no longer work on these forums. If support said that you're suspended until September, then it sounds like your console has a communications suspension on it. These do
not qualify for
Case Review on the Enforcement site, however there should be an email sent to your Microsoft Account email detailing the suspension.

If you happen to get any further account suspensions, then you can submit a Case Review for more information on the console suspension.
