    Not awarding Bingos


    I realize this is a trivial matter, but what's the point of playing Bingo when you can't get Bingos? Ladies and gentlemen, if you'll look below, you will notice at least one Bingo in each of the four cards.

    Microsoft Bingo Disconnects

    Microsoft Bingo disconnects repeatedly before awarding bingos, keys, etc. I see at Bingo Chat that this happens a lot to almost everyone. Re-connections are also a problem. What is your solution?

    I 'm having the same problem. Win 8.1 32-bit on a Dell Venue 8 tablet.

    I had multiple bingos but each time I pressed the Bingo button a red x appeared.happened multiple time

    We are currently investigating this issue and apologize for the inconvenience.

    Do you know if any Bingos had already been pulled when you started playing?

    Not getting rewarded any Bingos at Australia level. A red X appears each time. Game appears to be set up to force one to buy tokens. I have better things to do with even these pennies.

    I know it's only been one day, but I have 2 board that are completely full (however many bingo that is) and I can still click on the plus sign next to coins, tickets, key, etc. and get the option to buy each with coins or the two option to watch a short
    video show the video but everything else is frozen and I have had connection issues with this game daily since day one.

    We are still working on a solution to these issues.

    Racegmr24, have you tried if completely closing the game by pulling it down and letting it flip and then restarting Bingo resolves the issue? Have you made sure to check for Windows updates?

    I have had this same problem repeatedly; I will be able to claim bingo on one card but not on the other.

    Are you still experiencing this issue? There is a chance that you you are experiencing issues with your internet connection.

    Please move closer to your router if you are using Wi-Fi and let us know if this helped.
