    Here's my problem, i ordered a Xbox Game Pass, but, even if i got it in my microsoft account, when i get to this :Acheter Xbox Game Pass - Microsoft Store fr-FR

    The only option is to buy it, EVEN IF I ALREADY DID

    plus, Game pass games don't even appear in microsoft store, or in Xbox app

    pls help

    Hi,

    For some reason I keep getting the error, "This item isn't available from your current location", even though it is available. I have an Irish account and I am in Germany at the moment, both countries have this available for download.

    What might the issue be here?

    Your issue had been happening in the past days. If you're playing the game on a PC, please do try these steps :

    1. Download zip file from
    http://aka.ms/appxdiagzip

    2. Save appxdiag.zip and unzip to c:\logs

    3. From an admin command prompt, C:\logs\appxdiag\appxdiag>appxdiag.cmd

    4. Hit ‘Y’ for tracing and repro the failing scenario (i.e. attempt to update game and see access denied)

    5. Once the failure repros, Hit 'Enter' to stop tracing and share the zip produced.

    The Xbox Support team would be needing the logs that you'd get after doing these steps as they would forward them to the Sea of Thieves game developers for a further investigation.

    no it's not, for the same reasons

    once the licenses have expired they can no longer provide the game to anyone who has not purchased a digitally.

    They can be sued

    no matter how much you think it should be the case, the reacquiring the license is far more than they would ever make from doing so. The game was on the market for five years
