Not available in my region and nothing happens when I put the CD in my xbox one

Seemingly I can't play Forza Horizon on my xbox one. Nothing happens when I put my Forza Horizon CD in my xbox one and I can't download the game from the store as it says it is not available in my region (Sweden). My question is: Am I able to play this game
with back-compatibility, and if not, why is that?

My xbox1 does not read the Xbox 360 games

i have 3 xbox 360 games on disk and none of them work, and nothing happens when i put them on and if it is already installed and i go on it tells me to put the cd if i have it or go on the xboxLive market, for xbox 1 games when its not reading the cd reboot
the console is enough to make it work.

yes I clear the cache, when I want to run the game it tells me to insert the cd or go to the market xbox, I uninstall the game of my console in case it would come from the but now I put the cd and nothing happens, I do not hear the
cd turn in the consol.

If you try a different Xbox 360 game disc, does the disc play or do you still experience that issue? Also, is your Xbox One console experiencing any trouble playing Xbox One game discs?

What error messages are you seeing when you're unable to play a disc?

Forza Horizon has been removed from the digital marketplace so that would be why you cannot download it. Also, backwards compatible titles are region locked so if the disc you have was not originally meant for Sweden then that would be why you are experiencing
this issue.

It is a Swedish disc. Well, "Nordic" as it is refered to. But shouldn't still register that you have put in a CD anyways?

i have tried burning the update to a cd and maually installing to my xbox but when i switch the xbox on nothing happens i have tried two cd's now?

I have Xbox series x.

I will explain to you what happened literally.

I bought the digital version of a game not available in my region using gift card from US store.

I switched back to my own region and the game disappeared from the games ready to be installed.

I bought a game CD and inserted it to my device and the game appeared again at the games ready to be installed and I am able to play it without the CD when the account purchased the game is signed into the console.

What I am asking is if I played the game without the cd in another account would that counts as violation of TOS to this another account?
