Can you clarify for me -- Did you previously redeem the code on your console to download FIFA 15?

Only after you formatted/updating your system the game was no longer visible in your game list? Is that correct? Or are you saying that you never redeemed the code but have since lost the card with the code on it?

I redeemed a code for the game and right after it said manage game but the game didnt let me download it and now i cant install the game and it doesnt pop up on my games list

I'm trying to redeem a code for my Xbox 360, but it says "This code isn't valid. Please enter a valid code". It says you can redeem codes on live.xbox.com as well but when I go there it says everything has moved to the Xbox app. I open the app, go to Store, then click REDEEM. When I type in the code, it shows the same thing it said when I tried it on the redeem.microsoft.com website. "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may be ineligible to redeem this code." WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO PUT IT IN HUH? The code is unused and was made in 2015. Help. Please don't let me down whoever responds. The past couple of people just spit out the negative facts and leave with no solution.

I know all of that as I've used a LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens DLC before but for this code, it says it isn't a valid code.
