Not Another Minecraft Thread

When I started MC on Xbox 360 5 minutes ago there was an 80MB Xbox Live Update. Must of been approved recently since it wasn't there when playing with some friends a few hours ago. I immediately went to check if horses were in it... doesn't look like it.
Can't wait til MC comes out on Xbox 1. I checked half an hour on my Xbox 1 console and checked on 4J's twitter and did a google search for MC XB1 used search tools within the past 24 hours and past week, not much fresh news.

If you go into the help and options menu, you can find a "what's new" section that describes the most recent update.

I would play on a forum map

 

Halo texture pack is now on MC Xbox 360 Edition. Halo and MC are my most favourite games ;D

 

Forum map would be epic. I think between us all we are going to make this work and I know a few from the UK are in on this. We should decide on a host that can be available online through out various time zones, maybe even get a thread up for it once the
game hits to attract more peeps.

 

Everyone looking to join the forum map be sure to add me. I won't be participating the forum map but I would still like to build with you all.

 

2 months to go. I would like to see how multiplayer works and saving your games to the Cloud. I only have very few friends who I trust to play on my server when I'm away. The Host or creator of the world should still have FULL control over the server. Pretty
much none of my friends steal or grief.

 

I am not sure I am down with letting people build on my maps without me around. There would have to be a strict amount of control on my end. I'd like more info on how multi will work as well.

 

So I did a Minecraft Xbox 1 multiplayer for Google posts made this week to try and find any new info about Minecraft, and came across this:

How many of you's would prefer it Minecraft used Microsoft's Xbox Azure servers? I would but if the game developer wants to use their servers and if they are reliable, that seems ok with me. I'm still a bit iffy about the idea of allowing even my closest
friends on my world when I'm not online. It's a great idea, but "TRUST" is important.

 

Well, as far as trust goes, when it comes to "Geek World" if you have permission to build in it, what I say goes and what I say is the final word - if I don't like what you build, I reserve the right to tear it down or modify it in any way I see fit. Of
course, being my world, I reserve that right. That being said, if I were to host "Forum World" I would be a bit more lenient and let you build to your heart's content, provided it doesn't interfere with another person's projects. That way we can learn from
each other and improve together.
