Not an Error Code, but nowhere else to put this.

Well, I have nowhere else to put my console and I tried to clear the cache but never found it.

I try this already but the game is nowhere to be found. There all othere games that i have but fifa is nowhere. Can i do anything else becuse when in try re-entering code it's says that code has alredy have been useed.

I'm having a very similar problem. I gave my daughter the Minecraft Xbox 1 S for Christmas, and it's basically useless for anything she wants to do. When I try to go to the Store to download the Mincraft game using the code, I get an error code 0x8013153b,
amd nothing happens. She can't even play the games she already has, because it asks me tl download the game, and I get another error message. Merry Christmas to her! A $250 paper weight!!!

We have the same problem. It says code already used. I am going to take it back if they won't correct this.

Same issue here. I contacted support and was told just to keep entering it everyday until it goes through. Kinda ridiculous for what we all pay for xbox stuff. They do not know an ETA as to when the issue will be fixed.
