not allowing you to cancel auto-payment

    It wont let me cancel my auto payment on the xbox or the website,can anyone help me stop it?

    Month on us but need credit card

    thats incorrect, if you cancel auto renew through the website it cancels it and will not continue taking payment.

    Hi Totally Safe88,

    While you are entered into Xbox.com, click on the “My Account” section in the upper right hand corner. Then in the middle of the screen, there should be a link that says “Cancel Auto Payment”. (This will be right under ‘PAID WITH’ information.) Use the
    “Cancel Auto Payment” to stop your gold renewal. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX (1-800-469-9269) to have them help you cancel your auto payment gold account.

    Sorry to hear you cannot cancel your auto renewal. If you are unable to cancel using the console or website you will need to call phone support to have them do it for you. 1-800-469-9269 in North America or click the link to arrange a call back.

    Suspended account, Lost DLC...

    You needed to cancel auto renew on your xbox account,not on your bank account.

    You cannot remove your card on an active gold account ,without replacing it with another payment option,but you can turn off auto renew at any time.

    If you left it on and told your bank not to allow payment,that`s where your problem lies.

    When you purchase gold through the Xbox, you are told that auto-renewal will be turned on. By confirming the payment you have agreed to allow them to charge you again unless you turn off auto-renewal before then.

    You would have to call support about cancelling the subscription.

    You cancelled the subscription or turned off auto renew? If you cancel a subscription, it immediately cancels it, and takes away game pass. If you turn off auto renew, then that cancels the next payment, and you still have access until the end of the subscription.
