not allowing xbox live to redeem

I can not enter to Xbox live. Xbox does not allow me to enter redeem code. It is not customer friendly enviorment. PS3 is more customer friendly, isn it so ?

Did you read the Xbox Support link that I showed you? If not then read this excerpt from it. This change came into effect in 2017, so if you do buy a Brazil only code, chances are that it will not be able to be redeemed on your Greek account.

Country-specific Gold subscription cards allow us to ensure that the Xbox Live Gold service reflects the local market economy in which the Xbox Live Gold subscription was purchased and redeemed.

For example, offering Brazil-only Xbox Live Gold subscriptions allows us to decrease the price of the 12-month subscription in Brazil and ensure that the service reflects the Brazil market economy.

Happy to hear I am not the only person with this issue. I too have the same issue of not being able to grant allowance and was on the phone over an hour with Xbox Live support...told them about the error on allowance and 8007000B status code. On the Xbox
website, also was unable to grant allowance. My account is the primary and my children are secondary. Redeemed a card purchased at the store with intention to split 800-800 between them. The MS Points redeem fine, but cannot do allowance. Then purchased
800 via Xbox and cannot grant allowance. Deleted profile only from Xbox and downloaded....support did not know and kept having me do Live Network Test as they thought itvwas NAT related. Not sure why???. Case is opened and will continue to check regularly
to see if this is resolved. As of now it is not resolved.

If you're getting an invalid code message when trying to redeem this 14 day trial it could very well mean that you're in a region where this trial cannot be used. You need to be in a region where Xbox LIVE is officially available (along with your account region
being in the same region) in order to successfully be able to redeem this code.

So, if you're in a country where Xbox LIVE is not officially supported, you would not be able to actually redeem this code. The code itself is not actually invalid, it's just that the country/region your account is set to or you're living in is not allowing
the code to be redeemed.

Sorry for the issue with your code. So you redeemed a Xbox live code on your phone? When you try and play grand theft auto it wont allow you to? Do you get an error saying you need live? Make sure you are logged onto the same account as you redeemed the
code on.

Check this and please provide any error what site you redeemed code on.
