Not allowing me to redeem free xbox gold games for xbox 360

Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear about the current issue with not being able to get the Games with gold for Xbox 360. I would like to clarify are you on an Xbox One or Xbox 360? Have you been able to previously download the Xbox 360
games that come with Games with Gold? Now, have you tried to get the game just through the Xbox or have you tried through different devices? If anything I suggest for you to try to do it online through our website to see if that will add it to your account.

Also, keep in mind that youcan't use the money in your Microsoft account to purchase content from the Xbox 360 Marketplace.

Double check that everything on your Microsoft such as billing information is up to date. Sign in to your Payment
options with your Microsoft account for this.

Is your account a child account? Child accounts can not get anything from 360 marketplace.

Do you have a payment option on your account? Even though the games are free you do have to have a payment option on your account.

I'm on Xbox one although I have both consoles. Yes, I have previously been able to download 360 games. I have tried to get it through Xbox One and PC.
