    Not allowing me to redeem ANYTHING?


    So, I attempted to redeem a XBL Prepaid 3 month code. (I searched the forums and realized that I should have waited to do so)

    I entered it in 3 times.... and after teh 3rd time... I had a message like "you are not allowed to enter any code" please contact....

    it was something like that but.

    I was trying to redeem a 1600ms point card, it said same thing? Can anyone or microsoft employee help???

  3. xbox live not allowing me to redeem code

    I took my xbox off of auto renewal and I am attempting to redeem a code from an xbox live membership card I bought from the xbox store. Xbox keeps saying error every time I attempt to redeem the code.
