Not allowed to message

Discus and support Not allowed to message in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So in the past couple months, I've been banned a lot for apparently "sending harassing messages" and whatnot, these weren't me but I've let that slide...     Not allowed to message


    So in the past couple months, I've been banned a lot for apparently "sending harassing messages" and whatnot, these weren't me but I've let that slide up until 2 months ago. I was yet again banned for communications, but now i should have been unbanned,
    but I still can't message in Xbox live, it says that the ban is over when I go to the past suspensions but I'm still unable to message. Help?

    i can't send any messages

    I've not been allowed to send messages since the last update, and now I'm not allowed to renew my Xbox Live!

    also I am allowed online but not allowed to play games online or join party's and send messages

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    It's possible your suspension has been extended to 100 day suspension which is why it doesn't show on the enforcement site.

    You can contact support
    here     & they should be able to tell you if your suspension has been extended but will not be able to do anything about it.

    Remember you are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

    Your account must have some messaging restrictions. Make sure it's a child's account with privacy restrictions.

    Hi, have you tried signing out of you account and then back in? Also clearing the data? Might be a sync issue.
