    Not allowed to create or join clubs


    I tried to join my friend's club but when I accepted the invitation I got the error:






    " Change your settings to do this







    You can't do this because of how your account is set up.

    Go to your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com

    to change this."





    This is on the Windows 10 app and also happens when creating a club.



    I did what it said but all the settings related to clubs are "allowed".

    Is there any explanation or solution?

    can't get into the ‘club’ interface in game; when I choose to 'allowed',I can browse the ‘club’ interface,but still not allowed to create or join any clubs. I don't know why is it.

    I allowed it to create and join clubs, I have an adult account.

    Make sure your account allows you to create or join clubs.

    Hey Lennard,

    Is it not allowing you to join clubs for any game or just one game specifically? Also have you tried creating a club just for troubleshooting purposes?

    This has been something known for joining or creating clubs for Forza Horizon 4 on the Xbox app for Windows 10.

    I changed my settings to "allow to join or create a club".
