not all settings showing up

hi there, I'm a proud xbox owner but have since short a problem when I open the settings there recently no personalization tabblat and a lot of other settings are no longer showing so I can't add xbox home for my 2nd xbox that it also Missing these settings.

Hopefully you can help me. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity on what's happening with the dashboard settings. The most recent update that has been going out has rearranged some of the settings. Personalization can now be found in
General settings on the right. If you do not see it there, I would suggest
updating your console at earliest convenience.

Also, make sure to use the browser in your desktop, not the metro version. Metro doesn't support add-ons; only desktop version.

ok guys, figured it out. you have to install Silverlight on your regular pc...I did Silverlight 5 it supports various platforms...once you've done that you then sign into xbox.com on your pc and you then will see the "edit avatar" option show up once you
go into "my profile" and then you can browse thru all the avatars.

I have the same problem. I see nothing to edit re: the avatar. Samsung tablet w/8.1

Nope, there is no edit avatar button under the grayed out avatar...hhhmmmm
