Not all puzzles load

I always have to do it twice. The first time I click to load a puzzle, I get the revolving circle and not the ad. I close it and do it again and the ad comes up and plays then the puzzle loads. It does this every time for me. The puzzle never loads on the first try. I use my own pics to make puzzles or get pic off the net.

My puzzles will not load either - what's the deal?

none of the puzzles will down load. takes your gold bars then starts to down load then a box pops up you don't have enough money for that puzzle. also your free puzzles wont load. I'm not the only one having this trouble. This has been going on for a long
time now. why hasn't some one dressed this issues. some one needs to get off their butt and get this taken care of. where not posting for the fun of it, we like the puzzles and very upset that Microsoft do seem to care. fix the issues please

I think you have to unlock all of them in one go. If you load a old save you need to do the last puzzles too to get the achievement.

Very fed up. Microsoft Jigsaw mostly doesn't load at all, sometimes it does and wants to download a free app, which then fails to load. It won't let me sign in. This is all very frustrating.

Plus, on the rare occasion it does load, most of the puzzle collections I have already downloaded do not show. I am not a premium user.
