Not all E3 MixPot content received

Hey,

I recently noticed that I do not seem to have unlocked all E3 MixPot content on my profile.

My profile only shows that I own Rare Replay and The Final Station from the MixPot content.

Rest of the content shows up only in store available to buy to own.

I wonder if I have done something wrong?

Did not receive E3 Mixpot

I watched the Xbox E3 briefing on Mixer while signed into my account, and have not received the E3 Mixpot. I waited a week had passed, per the suggestion on the support page (Xbox MixPot FAQ | Xbox games),
but still have not received any of the Mixpot content after 7 days. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

 

I was within the first 10,000 people to watch the stream and have not gotten my mixpot.

We were able to determine that you have received the MixPot Reward from the Xbox E3 2018 Mixer broadcast.

This content is automatically applied to the Microsoft Account you watched the stream with. Be sure to check the Microsoft Commerce page while signed-in to find the Outer wilds,
E3 2018 MixPot Classic Helmet REQ Pack & Exclusive E3 Gears of War skin attached to your account.

If you see that content there, you are all set!

Which content do you believe that you're missing exactly? You should also be seeing the Halo Warthog in Forza Horizon 3 as well as Blitz Packs for Halo Wars 2 and a Skin Pack for Minecraft Xbox One Edition. Though to clarify, if you don't own the games,
you may not be able to verify that you can download the content.
