Not all change is good...

I have been gaming with XBL for 8 years now. The Xbox1 leaves me wondering where the great minds of MS went when they created it. It seems they put the cart before the horse. I am not impressed with the serve- based multiplayer. I have a great internet connection
at 44mb / 11mb with 33ms and the issues I get make me want to sell my console and cancel my subscription. Also the lack of games for it seems suicidal. So far not impressed.

Kinect-less Xbox One releasing on June 9.

I know not all change is good but no change is worse. Its called evolution and adaptation. Some people cant or wont adapt

Dedicated servers make for a better experience online for everyone involved so I'm not sure why you're upset about that - what issues are you having exactly?

Also, there isn't a lack of games; PS4 aside, the Xbox One console has had more game released at launch than any other console prior to it, with even more games releasing every month (currently, there's 40+ to choose from)! With E3 coming in just a few hours,
I think it would be wise to see what's coming before you ultimately decide to sell your console and remove your subscription.

XCL is a new program; it is an updated program that incorporates the Ambassadors program and adds the Enforcement United (which is currently in beta), and apparently the 2013 beta. The program and the site were launched this month and there are still some
bugs being worked out. Because of this, the site has crashed a few times while they attempt to fix these errors. Just be patient and keep trying the site. It may take a day or two as I don't know if the team responsible for the site works on weekends.
