    Not adding gold correctly


    Your interface must not be working correctly, because it is not adding my gold winnings correctly. Once again it said I won 16 gold pieces but it didn't add them to my score correctly - 911 + 16 does not equal 916! Please fix asap because I'm TRYING to
    save gold to buy keys so I can open ALL my satchels when I BINGO! Thanks!

    Gamerscore Not Adding Up Correctly

    I was playing Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare earlier, and my achievement notifications on the Xbox One weren't appearing. I was still earning the achievements, and the gamerscore was adding up correctly, but the last achievement I earned for the game
    didn't add to my overall correctly. My overall gamerscore is currently displaying itself as 189050, but it should be at 189065. I've tried deleting and recovering my account, earning additional achievements, and hard resetting my console, but nothing has fixed
    it. I looked at my achievements on the website, and it shows all of the ones I've earned unlocked, my gamerscore just didn't sync up correctly. Any suggestions to fix this?

    Gamerscore not adding up correctly?

    Hi

    In my profile it says my GS is 91520 however when I add up the GS of my games, I get 91545. The same is happening on the website TrueAchievements.

    Which one is correct? What am I missing?

    We deposited 10,000 Credits into your account on April 13th, and 9,000 on March 30th. Again, this can be reviewed from your MyStatement, then confirmed on your Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/)
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

    I can't download the monthly free games from Xbox

    You're not showing as gold here so the subscription may not have fully updated yet. You can also double check that it did get added on
    http://commerce.microsoft.com If you added it on the console, try signing out and back in. If you added it on the website, it can take longer to update. You can try testing your connection on the console
    to see if it helps sync it correctly.
