not able to upload my clips i made on pc to xbox live

Microsoft pls fix this. I've been trying for at least 45 minutes to upload my clips from pc that i made but it wont let me upload it. I've tried every thing to get it to upload but it still doesn't. When i go in to my Xbox companion app it says upload at
the bottom but, then when I click it, it says that this "Game clips and screenshots cannot be uploaded at this time for more details go to xbox.com/shareclips." Then when i go the i get an error saying this resource cant be found. So then i went to to the
new game pass app and it doesn't show your clips or screenshot. and i looked on youtube to see if anyone knew how to fix it, but nooope.
