not able to upload custom images...

I wanted to change my gamer picture to a custom image, but when I try it says for custom images I need to be older. how do fix this?

Change account

so my main account is a child account with my back up being the adult. You can only upload custom images as the adult account so i can't on my main account. Is there anyway to be able to get custom images for the family profile being considered "child"

You would need to wait until the age of your account reaches 18.

Also child account being managed by a parent account no mater what your age is, the child account will always be considered a minor's account and not be considered an adult account.

There isn't a official date as the covid-19 is not allowing workers to go in and do all of the jobs that are needed so they have decided to cut back on some features.

I hope it will be back when everything turning back to normal after the covid19 crisis is over. But there is no offical date or something right now.
